    3. Intellectual Property

    IP rights transfer upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.

      4. Payment Terms

      Payment schedules are defined per project.

      • 50% upfront to commence work
      • Remaining 50% on completion
      • Late payments may incur fees

      5. Limitation of Liability

      We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
